The easiest fix for this is merely deleting your cookies.
Deleting that chat session cookie will force the server to request the browser to create and store another cookie for that new session. Well we all know of impers that snag your favorite avatar URL and make them their own as they impersonate you. You reserve your favorite URLs and that can't happen.
I'm sure you weren't all that appreciative of a service interruption about as much as myself having to drive to the data center to find outage what's going on and awaiting the fix.
It was a relatively short outage but restoring Chatro and verifying all systems can take a lil bit of time. Sorry for that interruption folks but all is well now.
If Chatro's main page disappears and goes offline, most likely they had to cause another maintenance outage to fix the power situation for good.
This morning Chatro went down again as the web host finished the power upgrades and the maintenance is January 15, 2016 TOO MANY CHAT SESSIONS OPEN I bet a lot of you have gotten this particular error. Your chatting in any room is started by a chat session that is created and a session cookie is created for this chat session.
