Not updating all pages

I am doing some tweaks to the header, but every time I do so I have to go over every page and delete header region and insert it again in order to grab the changes. When you update and save a Dynamic Web Template (DWT), Microsoft Expression Web prompts you to update the web pages attached to the DWT.For example, a lot of pages used templates that referred a category "Templates" causing every such page to be included to the "Template" category. I have already fixed the templates by wrapping the "Templates" category into the noinclude tag, so now every page that use these templates are no longer categorized as "Templates". I do remember that I had a similar case a half year ago, and I clearly watched the number of pages decreased slowly, but constantly. Is any categorization update status page available?

If the pages attached to a Dynamic Web Template are not properly updated, make sure that you have website metadata added to your site.

To add metadata to your website, see Add or remove metadata.
